For almost all pupils with poor grades, the causes are not only found in difficulties with specific subjects, but also in causes that are not related to them: learning blocks, learning frustration, concentration difficulties, examination nerves, poor self-organisation or inadequate learning techniques.

Such problems can be identified and eliminated, step by step, with the deliberate application of tried and tested modern educational methods, didactics and psychology.

Here, we apply elements of the following methods:

• pupil centred conversation
• motivation techniques
• concentration training
• relaxation techniques
• pedagogy of nutrition

Scientific studies have proven the effectiveness of such approaches – they are increasingly incorporated in the training and further education of teachers in state schools and are part of the contents of official textbooks in Germany.
